This quote might mean different things to different people. However, stepping out and looking up habitually is really good for our mental health.

The Japanese practise something called Shinrin-yoku – which translates to Forest Bathing. The practice reconnects people with nature and specifically trees – something we can only truly appreciate if we look up at them! 🌳🌲

Our busy work life means we are constantly looking down all the time at our electronic devices🤳📱💻, and this pulls us away from the simplicity of just walking, absorbing and being.

The affects of nature are proven to reduce stress hormone production, improve feelings of happiness and frees up creativity, as well as lowers heart rate and blood pressure, boosts the immune system and accelerates recovery from illness.
